Milan Fashion Week – Part 1 + Huge Sales

I just got back from Milan and if you follow me on Instagram you already know my adventures this season. Because I wasn’t able to share with you all the details about my outfit I will post here some of the ones I wore. I will also make a Part 2 with the other outfits & a Part 3 with the shows I had the chance to attend.

But all these in one post I think it’s a bit too much so that’s why I split the information.

Green Sweater for Warm Autumn Days

Hi loves,

I am extremely happy that the last few days were sunny and I was able to get out in a black short skirt. On the other hand, sadly, I cannot say the same thing about today, since in Bucharest is really cloudy and they say we will have a maximum temperature of 19 Celsius degrees…brrr.

Thus, I feel the need to tell you that I wore this outfit on Monday and I wasn’t feeling any cold at all. But regardless of the skirt, I have to tell you that this Green Sweater made my day, even if the Autumn landscape is turning into different brown shades.

Today I won’t keep you long, I have to get ready for a busy day, but I will leave you all the links in the “I was wearing” section, as always.

Autumn Sales & New Outfit

I just came back from Milan Fashion Week and I want to share with you one of the outfits I wore ( More posts with the rest of the outfits will come) and I will share with you some great news about discounts on my favorite online shopping destination ♥

So, for the first day I decided to wear a black and white outfit. It was actually a dress/cardigan with a skirt over it. You can say that I have a thing for this kind of styling and yes, I do. I love the way it looks and even if there is a lot of volume + some exaggerated long sleeves, the skirt helps in keeping a balance and accentuate the waist.

About the shoes, oh well, for the first time since I started to attend Fashion Weeks, I had only comfortable shoes with me. For example this pair of booties has chunky medium heels and I felt really great while wearing them, presenting no sign of feet pain. They come in white and black, but my decision was a bit oriented to the uncommon pick. Black boots are easier to match with almost any kind of outfits, but the white ones are more eye cathcing, don’t you think?

And moving on to the accessories, I wore a pretty basic bag, with silver studs on the strap. You don’t really see the studs due to the long sleeves but you can imagine them, hahah :D. It’s not that big, but it was spacious enough to hold my camera, phone, lipstick, wallet and the portable charger :)) Quite some space, I would say.

Desi oficial, astazi este o zi libera, eu sunt tot pe fuga. Cu toate acestea, nu am putut sa nu imi aloc putin timp pentru blog si pentru o noua postare, as spune, de suflet. Daca ma urmariti deja de ceva timp, stiti ca imi place sa transmit o stare de bine, bucurie si desi viata nu este tot timpul roz, prefer sa nu va impovarez cu problemele mele, fiind in egala masura constienta ca fiecare isi poarta crucea si cand decidam sa evadam, nu vrem sa vedem si auzim povesti triste.

So, astazi vreau sa va aduc zambetul pe buze si sa va reamintesc cat de important este sa ramanem copii in suflet si sa ne bucuram de fiecare moment fiindca timpul trece si eu cel putin, nu imi doresc sa imbatranesc urat si cum spuneam, vreau sa transmit doar o stare de bine si pe cat posibil sa ii ajut pe cei din jurul meu. Suna putin dramatic, dar sunt foarte multe vorbe din popor care ne sugereaza asta: ” Ce semeni aia culegi”, “Bine faci, bine gasesti”, ” A fi mare, nu-i mirare, A fi om, e lucru mare”, “O mana spala pe alta si amandoua obrazul”, “Corb la corb nu scoate ochii” si lista poate continua mult si bine.

Observ ca din ce in ce mai des, oamenilor le vine natural si mai usor sa fie rai sau sa faca rau. Dar cred ca cei ce isi doresc cu adevarat pot schimba acest lucru, daca dorinta vine din suflet ♥

Nu va mai retin, vreau doar sa va bucurati de aceasta zi minunata si de restul ce vor urma cu aceeasi voie buna si inca o data, nu uitati sa va ingrijiti interiorul cu aceeasi stradanie cum va ingrijiti si aspectul de la exterior.

So, for today I have prepared a new post for you with one of the outfits I wore last week. You might have seen it already on Instagram but I want to share with you all the details, direct links to the items and also some discounts that will be more than welcomed.

White and Yellow.

White is predominant in this outfit. You can see my all time favorite shirt from H&M together with a new pair of stretch tassels jeans from VIPshop which beside the fact that is super comfy it’s also super casual but can make a difference while creating your outfit.

Yellow can be seen from Mars ♥ It’s also the case of the vest I am wearing. I love the color and most of all, I love the the change of a classic button with a safety pin that has attached 2 pearls. In the end is a simple vest but once again, details can make a difference.

In the end, there is nothing complicated about this outfit. And simple is not a bad thing, instead of having an extremely studied outfit that can be too much somethimes.

It’s been a while since we last had snow at the begging of March. As far as we all know, spring is here, we should have seen flowers at every corner of the street and our outfits… well should not include faux fur coats.

Nevertheless, what is a winter without snow, even if it came a bit late? Taking this into consideration, I decided not to be sad, even if I am not such a big fan of the winter + the snow and enjoy it at the fullest while wearing a colorful outfit that can brighten my day ♥ It seems that I’ve made the perfect decision because many of you sent me pictures of your colorful outfits on Instagram and in the same time I brought some smiles on the streets, which was the most desired outcome.

Also, if you can imagine during the day I wore this outfit, I was really grumpy ’cause I had to go out from the house and participate to an event. Is not about the activity, because this is what I enjoy the most, but during that day the weather got even worst and it was really cold. Just imagine how comfy and cozy I was at home before leaving it!! But in the end, I had a wonderful day, I had the chance to meet wonderful people, to discover some new things in the beauty area and also to spend some time with my lovely friend, Oana ♥

I think that some of those wonderful days come when you expect them the less and we should start every single day with a positive state of mine and seek the advantages in everything around us!

Even if it’s Saturday night, surprisingly I am at home editing pictures and preparing this post for you ♥ I admit, once the Autumn has felt its presence, I became a bit cozy and most of the weekends are spent at home in pj’s. I think I get to “explore” the city a lot during the entire week and even if I like to party once in a while, I think that lately, going out during weekend nights became my latest interest.

Amyway, this is not the main topic I want to discuss today, because bags are more important My latest addiction is this Snapshot camera bag from Marc Jacobs and I can tell for sure that I am not the only one with this “issue”.

This bag is the new IT bag, being all over the internet. Many of you asked me from where it is and maybe you have been confused by it’s logo. Long story short, this is the new Marc Jacobs logo and as you can see it’s a double J & one of it is upside down. Nothing complicated, simple and chic from my point of view.

I have seen many color & textures suggestions for this bag on Shopbop and sadly, the one I wanted the most could not be delivered outside USA But you can see all the bags HERE.

The rest of the outfit was made around the bag: a sweatshirt with a funny logo on the back, a high waited denim skirt and a pair boots. Nothing complicated for a busy day.

One dress, Two outfits

It’s been a while since my last outfit post and if I remember correctly it had a similar dress. You can check the post HERE and the dress HERE. Mostly the same: this one is a bit shorter, a different neckline and a different color, which is actually obvious.

I have them both from VIP.com and both of them were ordered at the same time. I kind of neglected this one because outside started to be a bit cold, but then I had into my mind 2 different outfits and I couldn’t decide which one to share with.

Then I thought, why not to share them both, maybe it will inspire you a bit more to wear the casual dresses during these autumn days too ♥

For the first outfit, I decided actually to wear it as a trench, combining it with a pair of boyfriend jeans, a pair of sneakers, a hat and a white blouse. Nothing complicated but I just love how camel goes with denim. I think is one of my favorite combos for autumn since is not the first time I am wearing it during this season.

So, because it has a short sleeve, the second outfit had a denim jacket added that goes a bit off the shoulders and a waist belt. The flat pair of shoes continued the outfit in a casual way and the bag seems to be in the perfect place.

These are my two options, but you can also wear it as a dress…period. I didn’t avoid the common wearing of it because I didn’t like it, but as I previously mentioned, I tried to combine it in such ways that the final outfit will keep me warm.
