Somehow, in Romania people managed to have Black Friday deal the entire month weather was Monday, Tuesday or even Sunday. Nevertheless, I decided to shop some of the items I had on my wishlist but also saved some money for other things too. You know what they say: ” Save for later alligator”.

And here you have the sales I love the most. When it comes to shoes & bags, nothing can stop me :)). I will start by talking about this outfit and later on, I will tell you more about the new order placed earlier today!

Shoes, oh well, I have an addiction and I admit it. I want to have just a few of classic ones that can go well regardless the outfit & season, but most of the time I am looking for different shapes, innovative collections and outstanding pairs. So when I first saw this pair of boots from Off-White I knew they must be mine. It was a bit difficult to pick between black & white / brown & white but this was my pick in the end. I guess it was because of the discount but well…why not be honest :))

Moving on, when but it’s still related to the boots, when they first arrived, I knew I will wear them for festivals, with skirts and dresses but since this was not possible, I imagined myself wearing something all white with some brown touches. I am also thinking to combine them with jeans and a brown blazer but this idea is “coming soon” :)).

Last but not least, sunglasses. Another small passion of mine that it’s becoming bigger and bigger. Most of my pairs are cat eye or round. But a squared one was missing from my collection and for a while I wanted to add a Gucci pair but it wasn’t their time. Now I admit that I want to wear them again and again with almost every single outfit, even if they don’t match the outfit :)).

And now, it’s time for the reveal! Are you curious enough? What was my biggest desire? I mean not THE biggest, but one between the many :)) Drums…. I am waiting for my second Jacquemus Bag ♥ I am still in love with the first one I bought it and it’s a summerish one ( I am sure you already know it from my previous posts) but this was is super classy and goes well with outfits all year long. Since I first posted one of these shots on Instagram ( @manuelalupascu) I saw that even if the outfit it’s simple and super comfy, you all loved it because that special thing stays in the details.

Thus being said, I know that many of you are waiting to find out more about the pair of jeans I was wearing. Maybe you skipped some of my posts, especially this one, because I had a similar pair from the same brand, the difference being the fact that they were short. I have to tell you that was love at first sight even from the very first moment. It was more than a year ago and this criss-cross wide leg jeans from AGOLDE went straight to my heart.

What I want to tell you was the fact that the shorts were too large, but I decided to keep them for a loose feeling and when the time has come to order the long pair, just to imagine how big the shorts are, I went two sizes down and finally I have the perfect fit. But in the mean time I have a new pair from the same brand on my wishlist :)) I know, I am a bit crazy but this time I won’t go for the criss-cross but for a Fold pair.

They are essentials for Autumn but also extremely versatile and can go well in the hot season, for festivals ( hopefully we will have some next year) and last but not least can be worn with shorts, dresses, skirts, jeans… basically with everything. For a while now I was craving for a pair of Isabel Marant boots and now I’ve found the perfect ones & also I had my eyes on the Off-White boots and managed to get them on a super good price. Oh, I just hope that the package will arrive asap.

Last but not least, hands up if you’re a denim lover because here you have the must have pair: the crisscross zipper is a huge trend right now and it’s fresh, catchy and fun. If you remember, I already have a short pair of jeans from Agolde, but now, it’s time to wear long ones.

A while ago, someone and I am not going to give names, said that Off-White will no longer be fashionable but the latest items and the latest collaboration with IKEA drove people crazy… :)) I saw some incredible scenes from the stores and I am still seeing people wearing so many items design by Virgil Abloh.

I personally own a pair of sneakers and I love them. Maybe because it’s the only black pair sneakers that I actually own, but mostly because it has its own twist. You already know that I don’t like…. ” normal ” shoes :)) You can see them in the pictures and I am really curious to know if you like this brand or not.

And if you’re not familiar with the brand, I have to tell you that recently, Virgil Abloh created a special collection in collaboration with IKEA. No it’s not about fashion, clothing & shoes, but more about home deco and some classic paper bags with a twist :)). I randomly went to the store the same day the collection was launched and the bag was the only thing left :)) I have heard that people gathered in front of the store with hours before the opening and when the time has come and the doors had opened… well, it was like a run for their lives :)))

I, personally, don’t really get all the craziness around these special collections but don’t get me wrong. If I have the chance and I like something, I will buy it for sure, but not like this :))

The Knitwear season it’s here. Even if we still enjoy temperatures above 20 Degrees Celsius, in the morning & in the evening nothing else is more perfect than a fluffy & cozy sweater!! Don’t you agree?

I have always been  a fan of them and I simply can’t stop myself from buying some new ones with the start of every cold season. As a hint on taking care of them, I suggest you not to clean them using the washing machine at home and take them to a dry cleaning professional service.Why? Well, the answer is simple: You’ll prevent the pilling process and the item will last more in your wardrobe ♥

Now, you can find some cool ones in the Tom Tailor stores: pink, yellow, black, white… you name it, because they have them in almost every color you desire, thicker or thinner. Oh and one more thing: they also added some super cool jackets, perfect for the cold weather that it’s about to come. I would say it’s better to be safe than sorry and be prepared, right?

Today I am back with a new outfit and this time we will talk about comfy & warm knitwear. I have to say that during Autumn ( and not only), I love them in every shape and color, but this year, like never before I had a crush on yellow/mustard ones. They fit so perfectly in the Autumn “painted” landscape that it easily became my favorite color of this season.

Also, we can all agree that beside the practical use, they also look extremely nice and since it’s trending to use the word, oh well, they are “Istagramable”. If you ask me about my personal knitwear collection, I can tell you that only this season, I made some space for no less than 10 new sweaters in different shapes and colors, in order to make my Autumn warmer.

If you need a certain destination, you can check the new Tom Tailor knitwear collection. You’ll find a lot of colors and shape and I can bet that you’ll find more than one to match your tastes. But one sad thing, in my case, I am still searching for the perfect black sweater.

It’s been a while, I have seen many, but somehow didn’t managed to get one home with me. Maybe it’s something with me and I am a bit difficult when it comes to the color. Cause I’ve seen the same model in other colors and guess what? I actually bought them :))

Mmmm, if it’s actually written, my reasons actually seem silly so I guess it’s a matter of color perception in my mind. I even more, you know that I don’t really wear so much black and of well, ok… I have a “problem”!

“Say YES to the superhero season”, este campania promovata de Tom Tailor toamna aceasta. Imi place ideea si mai mult decat atat, imi place ca acest supererou urban poarta fusta.

Desigur, ati putea spune ca nu exista asa ceva si ca eroii sunt personaje fictive. Cu toate acestea, suntem autorii propriei povesti. Cu putin curaj, optimism si o stare buna de spirit, putem atrage lucruri frumoase in viata noastra. In egala masura, nu ar trebui sa uitam de cei din jur si sa realizam ca fiecare gest sau cuvant spus, ii putem afecta intr-un mod pozitiv sau negativ.

Dar cand exista atata rautate in jur, eu va propun sa fim mai buni si sa aducem zambetul pe buze tuturor celor pe care ii intalnim. Si in acest context, vreau sa va pun o intrebare: Ati zambit vreodata unui om necunoscut? Daca raspunsul este “DA”, ati observat ca, involuntar, de cele mai multe ori, a zambit inapoi?

Ei bine, asta pentru mine, acesta este un bun exemplu de cum puteti sa fiti supereroii prorpiei vieti si a celor din jur. Este ceva infim, insa cu siguranta, acel zambet poate sa insemne mult.

Un alt motto al campaniei Tom Tailor este: ” Let courage and joy shape your life”. ATAT! Cred ca nu mai am nimic de adaugat.

Eu personal, am ales sa port acea fusta de care va spuneam mai devreme. Poate noi femeile suntem mai sensibile si cred ca tot noi, putem aduce mai multa bunatate. Mi-am pus si “mantia” sub forma de esarfa si am pornit la drum cu zambetul pe buze, asa cum v-am obisnuit pentru ca un proverb romanesc spune “Bine faci, Bine gasesti”. Pe scurt, o atitudine pozitiva, o sa atraga de la sine multe lucruri bune in viata noastra si a celor pe care ii intalnim la fiecare pas, in acest parcurs anevoios, cu bune si rele. Important este ca lucrurile mai putin placute sa nu ne schimbe si sa ne abata de la drumul nostru.

Va doresc o zi superba si va provoc ca astazi, sa zambiti unui necunoscut. Daca nu aveti curaj, incercati macar sa zambiti mai mult si sa va bucurati de lucrurile marunte precum pauza de cafea, incercati sa savurati aroma si timpul pe care il aveti doar pentru voi, dusul de dimineata, usor racoritor dar imbietor, aerul de toamna ce a invaluit orasul sau pur si simplu de drumul spre casa, fara sa aveti alte griji. Este timp pentru toate, insa nu uitati sa va acordati si voua timp.

I just came back from Milan Fashion Week and I want to share with you one of the outfits I wore ( More posts with the rest of the outfits will come) and I will share with you some great news about discounts on my favorite online shopping destination ♥

So, for the first day I decided to wear a black and white outfit. It was actually a dress/cardigan with a skirt over it. You can say that I have a thing for this kind of styling and yes, I do. I love the way it looks and even if there is a lot of volume + some exaggerated long sleeves, the skirt helps in keeping a balance and accentuate the waist.

About the shoes, oh well, for the first time since I started to attend Fashion Weeks, I had only comfortable shoes with me. For example this pair of booties has chunky medium heels and I felt really great while wearing them, presenting no sign of feet pain. They come in white and black, but my decision was a bit oriented to the uncommon pick. Black boots are easier to match with almost any kind of outfits, but the white ones are more eye cathcing, don’t you think?

And moving on to the accessories, I wore a pretty basic bag, with silver studs on the strap. You don’t really see the studs due to the long sleeves but you can imagine them, hahah :D. It’s not that big, but it was spacious enough to hold my camera, phone, lipstick, wallet and the portable charger :)) Quite some space, I would say.

It’s time for THE sunglasses. Oh, my favorite pair of sunglasses ever from Linda Farrow. I am back with a new outfit post. Last year I wore a similar styling, but it was a sleeveless dress and a black PU leather skirt instead. I actually don’t remember what shoes I have picked but I have a feeling that it was something black :))

So taking into consideration that inspiration, I have created a new one this year, cause you see, some clothing items can be wore more than once. You’ll say ” But these ones are new” and I will say you’re right. But the main idea is the same.

The white shirt dress is a basic item. Beside this combo, you can also wear it as it is, without the skirt. Another idea is to wear it with a pair of pants, skinny or straight and for the shoes, you can basically pick everything you want. So, this is a must have in your wardrobe, being both comfortable and versatile.

And now, the touch of color. Initially I left my home with the skirt closed with all the buttons but I ended up with it open, as you can see in the pictures. I think it looks good in both ways but this was my final decision in this case, but is good to know that you can wear it two ways, right?

For the accessories, well, I picked my white YVY bag and also my new pair of Fila sneakers available at Deichmann at a super price. Oh, and I almost forgot about the sunglasses: red mirror ones to match with the skirt.

In the end the white & red combination was perfect for my taste and proof to this is the fact that the next day, I wore another outfit with the same color combo ♥
